The goal of the study: the information's supply development of clinical-epidemiological researches for the mental and behavioural disorders, diseases of nervous system, cerebrovascular pathology in clean-up workers of the consequences of Chernobyl accident on the basis of the analysis of data SRU and CER, creation the systems of examination, verification, correction and replenishment of CER's data.The methods: clinical, epidemiological, medical-statistical and mathematical-statistical. Results. Some patterns of psychoneurological disease dynamic, prevalence of diseases and death rate throughout 1988-2005 taking into account age at the moment of an irradiation (till 40, 40 years and older) were defined on data SRU from cohort of clean-up workers 68145 persons (male 1986-1987). The features of psychoneurological diseases developing in clean-up workers of the consequences of Chernobyl accident by the account of age at the moment of inspection and a dose of an external irradiation were defined using the of CER's data. It was determined the particular increasing of cerebrovascular morbidity, neuropathies, vertebral osteochondrosis in clean-up workers with the high doses of external body's irradiation in comparison with clean-up workers irradiated in doses 0,25 Gr. Its were developed two-stage system expertise and verifications of mental and behavioural disorders, diseases of nervous system, cerebrovascular pathology in clean-up workers of the consequences of Chernobyl accident. There were begun the actions for the improvement of information CER for the analytical clinical-epidemiological researches using the results of cross-section clinical neuropsychiatrical examinations; expertise and verifications of psychoneurological and cerebrovascular diagnosis, the analysis and information replenishment of alcohol abusing and other not radiating factors.
