Сonsistency criterion of the population registries databases with the requirement of the individual records linkage defined. Additional criterion is the information on the year of death, diagnosis, date of diagnostics. The NCRU structure and its accordance to the defined criterion are analyzed.Information flues that provide the information on the malignancies cases are of the appropriate completeness since 1996-1998. Structural characteristics of the SRU database are given. It is defined that the organization structure of the NCRU and SRU databases are consistent to each other, have the 3-levels structure: rayon, oblast and state. It is identified that structures of the NCRU and SRU and completeness of their databases (82-100 %) allow to perform data linkage in the individual level resulting to the identification of the malignancy cases in clean-up workers.
