On the basis of conducted review and analysis of modern program packages and information technologies for evident presentation of scenarios and models oriented to power industry, the suggestions for their choice and adaptation with the purpose of the use by unprograming specialists for development of facilities of teaching and control and in particular models for situation and dynamic trainers are developed. A conclusion about expedience of the use of programmatic package of the Authorware 6.0 firm Macromedia is done.
