Is generation of methodological bases of a measuring intellectual capital which include system engineering the purposes, tasks, functions, principles and substantive provisions according to the intellectual capital which are actual in conditions of Ukraine integration in the world community and answer an overall objective of enterprises management - to increase of their market cost. It is offered to use the balanced system of intellectual capital which is based on a generalizing parameter, system of partial parameters of the enterprise intellectual capital and criterion - its market value. Novelty of the proved and developed offers consists in association of subjective and objective characteristics of development and use of the enterprise intellectual capital. Besides are developed: methodical recommendations on formation of investment strategy of intellectual capital development; the factorial analysis of structure of the cumulative capital in view of an intellectual component; methodical bases of ameasuring of personnel intellectual activity efficiency as an system element of increase of enterprise efficiency.5635
