The aim of investigation: to verify after checking data of National Cancer Registry of Ukraine cases of leukemia and multiple myeloma for period 2000-2005 in formed cohorta of Chernobyl clean-up workers and to calculate doses of irradiation using the RADRUE method. Methods of investigation: еpidemiological, clinical, morphological, cytogenetic, dosimetric, statistical. Results of investigation: In formed cohorta of 110,645 clean-up workers from 6 Ukrainian regions (Kyiv city, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Dnipripetrovsk oblasts) 50 cases of leukemias(9 AML, 4 ALL, 1 AL, 27 CLL, 8 CML and 1 Т-cells LGL) were revealed assuming data of National Cancer Registry of Ukraine and verified. One case of AL, one case of CLL and 2 cases of SLL/CLL were confirmed from 13 cases of NHL. 8 multiple myeloma cases were confirmed from 9 cases of MM. The 258 main members of clean-up workers cohort were interviewed with total number of 263 interviewing using RADRUE method. Radiation doses were calculated for 151 subjects of investigation.
