The levels of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) are investigated. They are required for developing of distributed system for TM information processing, namely SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) as the message exchange protocol, WSDL (Web Service Description Language) as the service description language, that is its methods, parameters and properties. UML notation and XML specification scheme - XTCE (XML Telemetric and Command Exchange) are analyzed from the point of view of their applying during the development of the system and generation of the data stream with TM information. The conclusions are testified that these artefacts are completely satisfied to requirements of representation of TM information in distributed system, their processing and storage. The protocols for TM information exchange, technologies for building of the systemdistributed processing, storage and visualization, tools which will be used for the system implementation are investigated.
