The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of dry mixes with the use of a phosphate binder. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physical-mechanical and thermo-mechanical ones. The influence of dry chemical bunch quantity on basis of aluminum phosphate of "Budapur 15" on dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes properties has been researched. The expediency of application of dry chemical bunch on basis of aluminum phosphate of "Budapur 15" in the composition of corundum or corundum spinel mixes has been shown. The use of the indicated binding agent will allow increasing samples strength from the indicated mixes ~3 times more, slag resistance - ~ 2 times more, and their density - 1,1 time more and broadening source of raw materials while producing dry mixes. The indicated mixes can be recommended as a lining material for induction crucible furnaces with meltable metal temperature up to1550°C ( for instance, stainless steel). Experimental batches of dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes with optimum quantity of dry chemical bunch based on aluminum phosphate have been produced and their properties have been determined. In accordance with the existing normative documentation the pilot batches of dry mixes of "СК", "СКШ" which are intended for induction crucible furnaces lining have been produced in the pilot production of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.
