The purpose of the work is technology reprocessing of anorthite light-weight products and insulation castables with anorthite filler. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, X-ray phase, physical-mechanical, heat-transfer ones. The researches on anorthite light-weight technology improvement with apparent density no more than 1,0 g/cm3 have been carried out. The influence of different cellulating agents amount on anorthite light-weight samples properties has been studied. The samples with wide range of apparent density from 0,4 up to 0,9 g/cm3 have been received. It has been shown that the introduction of the foam former "Schaumungsmittel W 53 Flussing" in the optimum amount allows to get the anorthite light-weight with apparent density which makes up 0,5 g/cm3 and strength which is 2,0 MPa. The addition of polypropylene fiber "CELLOTIN PP 6" provides receiving the anorthite light-weight withapparent density of 0,76 g/cm3, strength of 3,8 MPA and shrinkage of 5,5 % after firing at temperature 1300 °C. The results of the carried out researches will allow to broaden the source of raw materials while production of anorthite light-weight products. The researches on insulation castable technology improvement on anorthite filler with apparent density no more than 1,3 g/cm3 have been carried out. The influence of different types of high alumina cement on insulation castable samples properties has been studied. It has been shown that the combined cement introduction in exchange for ВГЦ-73 allows to improve insulation castable with apparent density of 1,2 - 1,3 g/cm3, strength of 6,5 - 7,9 MPa after 7 days' hardening, which corresponds to САНБТ-13 in accordance with ТУ У 26.2 - 00190503 - 284:2005 which will allow to broaden the source of raw materials while production of insulation castable on anorthite filler with apparenr density no more than 1,3 g/cm3. The application for the proposed invention hasbeen submitted. The pilot products samples have been produced by different methods of extrusion: ram molding, semidry molding and vibrocasting. Physical-mechanical and heat-transfer properties of insulation castables on anorthite filler of different density from 0,7 up to 1,4 g/cm3 have been studied. The constancy of developed insulation castable on anorthite filler in carbon-bearing medium at temperature 1200 ° C with aging of 20, 50 and 80 hours has been studied. In accordance with the contracts concluded with the enterprises of Ukraine pilot batches of insulation concrete mixes of САНБТ-0,8 and САНБТ-1,3, chemically bonded light-weight products from concrete mix of САНБТ-1,3 by the method of semidry molding and vibrocasting have been produced. The properties indices of received products correspond to the requirements of ТУ У 26.2 - 00190503 - 284:2005 to САНБТ-0,8 and САНБТ-1,3. The products properties correspond to the requirements of the contracts. The products have been delivered to the customers forinstallation for service. The work shall be continued in the line of technology improvement of anorthite light-weight, widening variety of anorthite light-weight application and of insulation castable on anorthite filler with different apparent density.
