The purpose of the work is technology improvement of corundum catalyst support. The research methods are physical-mechanical, chemical, spectral ones. The researches of dependence of aluminous masses rheological properties used for formation of corundum catalyst supports on the type and amount of plasticizers have been carried out. The structural mechanical and viscous elasto-plastic properties of aluminous masses have been researched. It has been shown that all researching masses refer to the first structural mechanical type, it provides good products molding by method of extrusion. It has been determined that the combined bunch consisting of cellulose copolymer, carbon-chain nylon plastic and polyatomic alcohol in optimum amount provides the best molding properties of aluminous masses out of three types of plasticizing bunches. This bunch allows obtaining catalyst support with high properties indices. The technological parameters of corundum catalyst support technology have been optimized in accordance with the carried out researches.
