The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of silicate calcium light-weight products. The research methods are physical mechanical, thermalphysic, chemical, petrographic and X-ray phase ones. The researches on production technology improvement of silicate calcium light-weight products have been carried out. The influence of different quantity of portland cement on properties and phase composition of silicate calcium light-weight products has been researched. The possibility of using portland cement instead of mineral white which decreases temperature of their firing up to 1200oС, increases samples strength and widens the source of raw materials in the course of silicate calcium light-weight products production has been shown. The silicate calcium light-weight products with apparent density of 1,1 g/cm3 and ultimate compression strength of 6,5 MPa have been received. The research of the influence of perlite on silicate calcium light-weight samples properties have been carried out. The optimum grain composition of perlite providing high samples strength and evenness of their structure has been established. The dependence of properties and phase composition of silicate calcium light-weight samples with perlite addition on waiting time at maximum firing temperature has been researched. It has been established that firing of silicate calcium light-weight samples with perlite addition at 1250oС with aging at maximum temperature of 8 hours provides the synthesis completeness of pseudowollastonite and strength increase by ~ 1,5 times if apparent density of ~ 0,8 g/cm3 is preserved. The work shall be continued in the line of production mastering and testing in service of the developed silicate calcium light-weight products as well as firing conditions reprocessing of silicate calcium light-weight samples with portland cement addition.
