The purpose of the work is production technology improvement of aluminum silicate products. The research methods are thermomechanical, chemical and petrographic ones. The production technology of exceptionally complex molds of aluminum silicate composition including grain composition and firing temperature has been completed. The pilot batch with open porosity of 18,5 - 19,0 %, apparent density of 3,02 - 3,03 g/cm3, ultimate compression strength of 61-63 MPa has been produced. The production technology of fire clay compacted and mullite corundum silicon carbide-bearing products has been completed. The pilot batches of fire clay products with open porosity of < 16 %, increased ultimate compression strength of 65-75 MPa, mass fraction of Al2O3 of 40,7 % and of Fe2O3 of 1,0 % and mullite corundum silicon carbide-bearing products, which were characterized by open porosity of 16,1 - 16,2 %, apparent porosityof 3,00 g/cm3, ultimate compression strength of 66-96 MPa have been produced. The production technology of mullite corundum silicon carbide-bearing refractories for displaceable hot-metal mixers with the use of raw materials of Ukraine has been completed. The refractory with open porosity of 16,1 %, apparent density of 2, 87 g/cm3, ultimate compression strength of 117,5 MPa has been received. The mortar composition for bond of mullite corundum silicon carbide-bearing refractories with the following properties: shear strength at 1200 ?C - 12,5 MPa, at 1450 ?C, refractoriness >1780 ?C has been developed. The application for the proposed invention for mortar composition has been submitted. The production technology of fire clay graphite refractories has been completed. The influence of graphite amount (within 20 - 35 %) and oxidation preventive additions on properties of fire clay graphite refractories has been researched. It has been established that with the increase of graphite content in refractory batch composition, its apparent density and strength decrease. The application of oxidation preventive additions allows excluding graphite oxidation in batch after products firing. The work shall be continued in the line of products production technology of exceptionally complex form of aluminum silica composition for application in heat aggregates of different destinations.
