The purpose of the work - the determination optimum technological parameters for reception of magnesiacarbon castables. Methods of research - chemical analysis, determination method of concretes consistence, physic mechanical tests. Laboratory-technological researches on determination optimum technological parameters for reception of magnesiacarbon castables with high properties factor are carried out: quantity of castable flowing - 84, apparent density of samples after heat treatment - 2,46 g/cm3 and cold crushing strength - 58,9 N/mm2; apparent density of samples after firing at 1580 оС - 2,41 g/cm3, an open porosity - 20,3 % and cold crushing strength - 26,1 N/mm2. Trial lots of magnesia heat funnels for kryptol furnaces with open porosity of 18,2 % and apparent density 2,81 g/cm3 are released. The standard sample of ДСЗУ 083.2-96 chamotte composition isfabricated with the following metrological characteristics: mass proportion SiO2 - 62,7%, Al2O3 - 30,02%, Fe2O3 - 1,41%, TiO2 - 1,30%, CaO - 0,47%, MgO - 0,75%, and standard sample of ДСЗУ 083.1-96 dinas composition with the following metrological characteristics: mass proportion SiO2 - 93,9%, Al2O3 - 1,30%, Fe2O3 - 1,22%, CaO - 2,32%. The work should be continued towards the structure research of magnesiacarbon castables and fuller research their properties and towards further discharge of trial lots of magnesia refractories with the use of grab iron of products.
