The purpose of the work is development and confirmation of standards, technical conditions and alterations to ТУ for refractory production with properties indices which are the most approximate to the world level. As a result of the carried out work the projects of three national standards harmonized with the international standards ISO have been developed and introduced to public enterprise " Ukrainian research and training center on standardization, certification and quality matters"; 8 technical conditions (ТУ), 38 alterations to acting ТУ including commercial refractory production produced by enterprises of Ukraine, 22 alterations to ТУ, refractory pilot batches produced by the institute, 8 ТУ and 16 alterations to ТУ have been developed and confirmed. Throughout ТУ the comparison with the best foreign analogues has been carried out, it allowed to increase the technical conditions level for refractory production. The normative documentation has been introduced to refractory and metallurgical enterprises in accordance with the applications received. have been carried out; refractory product tests and examination of intergovernmental standard namely ГОСТ 27707 "Unshaped refractories. Grain composition determination methods " developed instead of ГОСТ 27707-88 and Alterations № 1 ГОСТ 30762-2001 " Refractory products. Measurement methods of geometric sizes, form defects and surfaces" developed by the organizations of the Russian Federation have been carried out in the test center of the institute. The recertification audit of quality management system of the institute in accordance with ДСТУ ISO 9001-2001 with the purpose of extension of the certificate term, the internal audit of quality management system and the audit of subdivision test center in accordance with ДСТУ ISO/IEC 17025-2001 requirements.The work shall be continued in the line of study and analysis of international standards in the field of refractories, development of technical conditions and alterations to the acting ТУ for refractory products, provision of refractory and metallurgical enterprises and the institute with the normative documentation on standardization, the audit of quality management system of the institute in accordance with ДСТУ ISO 9001-2001 and carrying out examination of intergovernmental documentation on refractory products and national standards of Ukraine.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
