It is determined that if application pelotherapy is used accoding to the generally adopted method for treatment of aged patients on osteoarthrosis, almost 50% of persons have negative side reactions concerning the cardiovascular system. The use of peloid applications according to the devise method (t-33-36°C) and technologie gives the possibility to avoid such reactions, to enlarge the number of recommendations for using this kind of treatment, even for patients, having the ischemic disease with the IIId functional class exertional angina.
