Head Saribekov Georgiy Savich, Registration Date 29-01-2008 Organization Kherson national technical university popup.description2 With the purpose of development of theoretical bases for intensification of dyeing fabrics from polyester fibres by disperse and active dyes we studied influence of the electro-hydraulic discharge on specially created installation. Thus we studied time of influence of the electric discharge, influence of textile auxiliary substances (TAS) on change of colouring and stability to washings. We have determined that without introduction of textile auxiliary substances in the dyeing bath the solubility of dyes is slowed down. We have discovered that the most effective TAS is salicylic acid (20 g/l); both in batch and thermosol processes of dyeing. We have determined that at optimum time of electro-discharge processing during dyeing - 120 sec., the intensity of dyeing is increased by 8-12 % with the presence of TAS. Stability of colourings to soap-soda processing is increased with electro-discharge influence on the process of dyeing by both disperse and active dyes and makes 5/5/5 points. It is shown, that ofall studied textile auxiliary substances the most effective is salicylic acid, at the concentration of 2 g/l the amount of disperse dye on fibre is increased 2 times. The basic results of research are published in scientific journals. The results of research are used in educational process for improvement of laboratory work, lectures at the department of Chemical technology and design of fibrous materials (CTDFM), in dissertational and master's work.
