The patients were examined by the standard clinical, laboratory, ultrasonic, X-ray, radionuclide, immunological and pathological tests. Treatment included neoadjuvant immunotherapy for the superficial bladder cancer, minimally invasive endoscopic operations for the prostate and bladder cancer, open operations for the kidney and prostate cancer (radical nephrectomy, nephron-sparing surgery, surgical castration) with adjuvant hormonotherapy for the prostate cancer. Acquired immunodeficiency with cellular, humoral immunity and cytokine status alterations have been diagnosed. Neoadjuvant employment of interferon improved the long-term results of the bladder cancer treatment; employment of the low-dose estrogens combined with surgical castration provided with the maximal androgen blockade reducing costs of the prostate cancer treatment and decreasing the incidence of the serious cardiovascular complications. In case of the renal-cell cancer we established the correlation among the stage, size, localization, TNM stage, histological type, growth pattern, pseudocapsule status and presence of the necrosis foci with the recurrence time and 3-year cancer-specific survival. Minimally invasive operations (TUR) for blabber and prostate tumors were highly efficient and short in duration causing insignificant perioperative and postoperative complications.
