Studing of ionizing irradiation impact on the morphologic characteristics of irradiated animals testes and ovaries has shown the development of distrophic changes in the organs under examination at the early terms after irradiation (7 and 14 days) whereas at the later terms the gradual regeneration of damaged tissues occured/ In the first 40 days after animal irradiation in the doses 1,0 and 2,0Gy the evident suppression of spermatozoid motility along with the diminishing of hyperactivated gametes quantity against internal contents of F2-prostaglandins increase and cyclic AMP durease has been observed. The capability of gamma-irradiated spermatozoa of recover from sublethal and potentially lethal lesions due to elevated activities of antioxidative enzymes has been found. The emergence of genimic mutations in spermatozoa of total body irradiated resulted in genome diploidization and aneuploidization. Meanwhile the DNA repair synthesis spermatozoa under animal irradiation has not been established. In rats femeles after total irradiation in the doses 1,0 and 2,0Gy the abatement of superovulation and decrease in the amount of viable oocytes II in post-irradiation period have been established. At the dose of 0,5Gy superovulation has shown little reduction against the control, the data received being not statisticaly valid. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
