The aim: To study peculiarities of the body mass hormone regulation in 40 persons with a redundant body mass, who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe. Methods of the study: clinical, laboratoryal, antropometric, biochemical, radioimmunologicale, mathematical. Hormone levels in a certain brain structure, of the fat tissue, of the pancreas, of the thyroid gland and the lipid concentration were determined in persons with a redundant body mass, who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe. A certain peculiarities of a hormonedisregulation of body mass were found. It was shown, that persons in thecomparison group had physiologic reaction – increase of alfa-MSH proportionally to the increase of the body mass, however persons , who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe this mechanism of power adaptation was disturbed – increase of alfa-MSH was not observed. For the first time the regularity was shown, which makes a difference of the brain, which Was exposed to the influence of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe in comparison with the brain that was not irradiated. This differenceis characterised by the disturbancies of mechanisms of power adaptation in the systemof melanocortyne, which put obstacles the body mass increase. This causis the changes of integral regulation of power balance and of food behaviour. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
