Goal: to study a biological effects in cells in vitro in the conditions of ionizing radiation and low-intensive electromagnetic radiation (millimeter range).Methods: interweaved cell-culture, cytological methods (getting and analysis cell-culture preparation for optical microscopy), cytochemical methods (estimation of ferments activity and membrane receptor expression analysis), biophysical methods (study of membrane potential changes), flow-cytometry method, methods of irradiation by ionic and low-intensive electromagnetic radiation, statistics. It was found that ionic radiation in the range of low dozes (0,5 Gr) causes stimulative influence on cell survival, which is characterized by proliferation and mitotic activity increase as well as policariocytes quantity decrease. Observed short-term (0,5-1 hour) decrease of membrane potential of irradiated cells is a signal to start structural and functional membrane reorganizations and, as a result, changes in metabolic pathways in cell (through changes in main energy exchange mitochondrial ferments activity).Radiation in a range 1,0-10,0 Gr decreased cell survival; process was characterized by proliferation and mitotic activity decrease and policariocytes quantity increase, also it provoked essential structural changes on cell membrane (changes in electrokinetic characteristics of cell membranes and expression lectines receptors are the evidence of this process) provoking changes in mitochondrial ferments activity. Low-intensive electromagnetic radiation (millimeter range) with 15-20 minutes of exposition did not influenced on cell survival essentially. In early terms (0,5 hour) after influence of electromagnetic radiation cell membrane charge increase (p<0,01) (which means membrane reorganization) was observed as well as redistribution of charges in intercellular space; this leads to insignificant screening of carbohydrate determinants (it can be starting mechanism to mitochondrial ferments activity changes, in particular according such ferment of glycolysis activation as ?-glicerophosphatase).
