Karazin popup.description2 The object of researches - alloys Cu-Ni of different concentration, and also pure metals Cu and Ni; except for that have been investigated scintillation single crystals ocsyortosilicate of gadolinium with an impurity of cerium Gd2SiO5:Ce, (GSO:Ce) and yttrium G(Y) SO:Ce. The purpose of work - to receive data about of main characteristics of radiation of the excited particles which is observed at bombardment by argon ions of alloys Cu-Ni of different concentration with the purpose to elucidate the influence of density electron statuses in a zone of conductivity of these alloys on the basic characteristics of ion-photon emission; studying of influence of impurity yttrium on a photoluminescence and reflection of light by single crystals G (Y) SO:Ce. Methods the research - optical spectral analysis of the excited particles radiation; a method optical transmission; photoluminescent methods; a method temperature dependences of intensity of a photoluminescence and reflection of light. Results which are received show, that the output of the excited particles at bombardment of a surface of alloys is determined not only concentration of a corresponding element, but also a number of physical and chemical parameters of a solids, in particular such, as density of electronic statuses in a zone of conductivity of a researched alloy, its electronic structure, presence of chemical bonds etc. The mechanisms which resulting to formation of excited particles at ionic bombardment of alloys Cu-Ni, are similar to the processes resulting to flying away of ionized particles at ionic bombardment of the same alloys. Processes of an electronic exchange substantially influence on probability of output of the excited particles in various statuses. Research of spectra optical transmission and photoluminescence, and also temperature dependences photoluminescence and reflections of light of monocrystals G (Y) SO:Ce with the different contents yttrium is carried out. It is established, that: 1 - impurity of yttrium, besides improvement ofresistance of crystals to distraction, increase also intensity photoluminescence approximately by 10 %, the transparency of crystals increases also in UV field of a spectrum; 2 - optimum concentration of yttrium is 15 %; 3 - impurity Се3 + in crystals, where gadolinium is partly replaced with yttrium (10 mol. %) essentially increase reflection of light; 4 - change of intensity of reflection of stimulating light in the field of 200K to 280K does not effect on the intensity of PhL at the same temperatures. Results of research can be used at creation of new materials with the set properties; for finding-out of the general mechanisms of interaction of average energies ion average energies with solids and creation of the general theory of these processes, and also for development of methods of diagnostics of surface and bulk composition of materials.
