Karazin popup.description2 The subject of the research is tandem reactions of pyridine cycle forming based on ??aroylacrylic acids and their esters, 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid, aromatic aldehydes, aromatic derivatives of hexahydro-2-quinazolinethiones. The goal of the work is the investigation of multicomponent and tandem reactions, which resulted in increasing of yields of target products with interaction of unsaturated carbonyl compounds and nitrogen-containing nucleophiles. During the second part of the work it was found, that reactions of barbituric acids with arylglyoxals and ureas may be directed and may be pointed or to spyrosystem forming either to imidazolyl-derivatives of barbituric acid; that addition of octahydroquinazolinethiones to esters of propiolic acid is accompanied by oxidizing aromatization of pyrimidine ring; that protocol for obtaining of the new ratiometric sondes with the number of fluorescent properties, based on 3?hydroxychromone systems, was found.
