Research purpose: experimental study on cellular and organism levels and theoretical study of such important problems, as laws of ionizing radiation action at cellular level, changes of genetic mechanisms of adaptation to chemical and physical factors, mechanisms of biosocial adaptation. Research methods: study of differential activity of genes of polytne chromosomes, study of degree of polytenia in chromosomes of drosophila, assessment of chromosomal aberrations, study of dynamics of mitotic cycle, study of electrokinetic properties of cell nucleus, study of the state of chromatin in human cells, study of dominant lethal mutations frequency in drosophila, study of viability of drosophila. Results of research: reaction of meristematic tissue cells of sunflower to ionizing radiation depends on the genotype of plants, in particular,it is less expressed at hybrid forms. The changes puff differential activity under the act of hormone of development of insects are shown. Influence of different concentrations of hormone of development of insects of 20ОН-ecdisterone on endoreduplycation of giant chromosomes is shown. The influence of different concentrations of ecdisterone in composition in preparation VESB on the genotoxic action of ethanol is shown in drosophila. The differential influence of biologically active substances - alkaloids of celandine of different concentrations on frequency of dominants lethal mutations at drosophila is demonstrated. The negative influence of microwave radiation on the viability of drosophila is demonstrated. Under the action of microwave radiation and wideband impulse radiation the increase of amount of dominants lethal mutations in first and subsequent generations is shown. This allows to regard this effect as genetic modification. The electronegativity of nuclei of buccal epithelium cell is studied among children. The age-dependent norms of electronegativity of nuclei are determined. Aims and basic results of new region of interdisciplinary research are formulated are conceptions of modern socio-biology and techno-biology coevolution are suggested.
