Method of research: X-ray fluorescence and chemical X-ray fluorescence analysis of element structure of components of the surrounding natural environment and modeling of dynamic processes in investigated natural objects. Problems of development of pollution monitoring of a river basin Severskiy Donets by heavy metals, methodological, information and metrological maintenance of monitoring of atmospheric air, natural water objects and a soil - vegetative cover are considered.Forwarding natural researches of the contents of heavy metals in natural components ecosystem pool of Severskiy Donets are carried out. The general algorithm of the forecast of changes of the contents of heavy metals in components of subsystems "atmosphere - soil - plant" and "an atmosphere - soil-water-bottom of adjournment" with use of corresponding chamber models is developed.
