Purpose of the research is to study the energy spectrum of necklace spin ladder and to derive low energy effective spin Hamiltonians with the help of perturbation theory and numerical calculations; to calculate field and temperature dependencies of ladder magnetization. In this work the detailed analysis of low-energy states and spin structure of the ground state of necklace ladder fragments with space anisotropy of neighbor interactions was done with the help of perturbation theory and numerical calculations by Davidson method and DMRG. It is shown that the spin wave amplitude that characterizes the ladder ground state takes maximum value when all interactions are equal each other. The effective spin Hamiltonian describing low-energy excitations with the decrease of total spin, was derived. It isshown possibility of the appearance of plateau in field dependence of ladder magnetization at the value of z-projection of total spin and low temperatures due to gap character of the excitations that decrease total spin of the ladder.
