The object of the research: volunteers, patients with ischemic stroke, seeds of agricultural crops. The objective of the work is to develop methods of treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke with the help of electromagnetic radiation of optical range; to adapt Barva-Terapevt apparatus system for the realization of the method; to optimize the method and to develop a brand new apparatus for presowing radiation treatment of seeds of agricultural crops. As the result of the carried out research there have been developed methods of complex treatment of patients with ischemic stroke with the help of the modified Korobov apparatus system for Barva-Terapevt phototherapy, there has been improved the method of presowing radiation treatment of seeds of agricultural crops both due to the choice of an optimal source of radiation treatment, and due to the changes in the structure of the apparatus for radiation treatment of seeds. The use of the developed methods of complex treatment of patients with ischemic stroke with the help of the modified Korobov apparatus system for Barva-Terapevt phototherapy allowed to increase the rheological properties of blood which contributes to the microcirculation recovery in tissues and therefore ensures an effective rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke. The use of an optimal source of radiation treatment and the new structure of the apparatus for presowing radiation treatment of seeds allowed to accelerate good and even early sprouts for 2-3 days, it means that laser stimulation of planting stock increases the intensity of sprouting, contributes to faster growth and has further positive influence on vegetation period of plants.
