The subject of the research is the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with biologic media. The aim of the research is theoretical and experimental study of electromagnetic field influence upon biological matter, in particular, upon animal and human blood erythrocytes and upon anisotropic quasicrystal media by holographic methods. The investigation technique is theoretical and experimental study of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with biological media. The study of morphological changes of human blood erythrocytes under the influence of radiation, generated by home appliances and other electric equipment and its influence under various pathologies have been carried out with the aid of digital holographic interference microscope. The system factors diminishing the negative influence of electromagnetic radiation upon living systems have been studied. Mathematical analysis and computer simulation for electromagnetic wave reflection from anisotropic quasicrystall layers of eye retina has been carried out. A new technique for determination of polarization characteristics of reflected laser radiation by formation multiaspect polarization hologram have been worked out. The technique allows qualitative analysis of retina and other birefringent eye media.
