The purpose of work: to study laws kinetics reactionary diffusion and the phase formation on a surface to multiphase system Ni-Sn; выяснить особенности начальной стадии высокотемпературной деформации щелочногалоидных монокристаллов с решеткой типа NaCl; to find out peculiarities of transient high-temperatures creep in single crystals KCl and NaCl; to establish kinetics an initial stage of etching of tracks of ions Ar in DMF. Methods of research: metallography, optical and raster electronic microscopy, the x-ray microanalysis. Lateral spreading kinetics of Ni3Sn4 intermetallics formed on the surface of flank side cross section of "sandwich" type sample was researched in the temperature range of 180-220°С by the methods of SEM and optical microscopy and by the X-ray microanalysis. The value of diffusion coefficient, which controls phase formation, was explored. Influence of geometry, temperatures and value of external stresses on mechanical stability of single crystals NaCl and KCl is investigated. Are determined the thermoactivated parameters of initial stage of high-temperature creep. Nonmonotonic dependence of creep caused both is found out by reorientation of separate crystal areas and change of systems of easy sliding. The initial stage of pore etching in polyethelenetherephtalate films irradiated with Ar ions having the energy of 1 MeV/n were investigated by electron microscopy methods. Two methods of sensitization were used; the first one lied in UV illumination and treating in dimethylformamide (DMF), the second method lied only in UV illumination. 0.5 N solutions of NaOH was used as etchant. Etching was performed at 55 and 70°С. It was found that diameters and depths of the pores are larger in the films treated according to the first sensitization method. Etching duration (breakthrough time) necessary to formation through pores of the minimum radius was established. Linear and radial rates of pore etching were evaluated. It was found that after sensitization according to the first method linear rate of pore etching grows quicker than the radial rate. This gives a possibility to obtain through pores 50 nm in diameter.
