A purpose of work - construction of the theory of the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of these systems, in particular the development of Weiss oscillations theory, the theory of magnitoimpurity electron states quantum dots, the theory of particles energy splitting in nonsymmetric potential fields, the theory of complete nanoparticles masstransport in condesed matter. Method of research - Green quantum functions, functional methods, Keldysh method. The quantum magneticbreakedown Weiss oscillations theory and Shubnikov - de Haas magnetoresistance of 2D conductors whis 1D potential modulations theory have been constracted. Analytically and numerrically quantum oscillations of electron magnetization in 2D lattice with account of magnetic breakdown have been studied.The theory of magnitoimpurity states of electrons in quantum dots, the theory of particles energy splitting in nonsymmetric potetial fields, the theory of complete nanoparticles masstransport in condesed matter heve been constructed. These systems are a component of devices modern nanotechnology.
