The methods used are mathematical modeling, computer simulation, methods of theoretical mechanics. Obtained results: calculation scheme, computer and mathematical models of dynamics of satellite with tether gravitation stabilization system are developed. Mathematical simulation of experimental model of tether system with dumper device is completed. System of equations which describes motion of deformable construction of solar space electric power station is obtained. The principle of calculation schemes formation for spacecraft dynamic with peripheral element investigation is developed.
