Head Klimov Vsevolod Valentinovich, Registration Date 28-02-2008 Organization Donetsk National University popup.description2 Thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, scanning microscopy were used to investigate thick ferroelectric films (20-100 ?m) on the basis of lead zirconate-titanate (PZT) for microactuators fabrication. According to X-ray diffraction a films have a perovskite structure cell with tetragonal lattice distortion. The study of the films microstructure showed, that the films did not contain inhomogeneities and flaws on all surface. Stable, reproduced quantities of ? and tg ? were obtained for films on the basis of various PZT fillers sintered at temperatures of 820-8500С . The work to improve earlier developed technique of PZT based thick ferroelectric films fabrication by screen-printing was prolonged. The technology of the films filler production is based on the bismuth oxide addition into synthesized fusion mixture and the further machining in designs with a high level of energetic influence.
