The microstructure of deposited layers in profiled electrodes samples was analyzed by means of bifocal AXIOVERT 200 MAT microscope manufactured by Carl Zeiss. Surface geometry of profiled electrodes obtained through different profiling schedules was studied. Phase, structural and morphological analyses of coatings obtained by HDS method were conducted by means of JSM-35 scanning electron microscope and ДРОН-3 device. X-ray diffraction patterns of the electrodes deposited on aluminic substrates of spinel composition were investigated.
