Using by this steel have allowed to release the balls by diameter 120 mm with guaranteed hardness of 3-d group of DSTU 3499 in condition of increasing of the quenching water's temperature up to 40 оС. It is determined that balls made of that steel have 2-2,5 times more high depth of quenching in contrast with ball made of steel M74. Test of initial lot of balls by diameter 120 mm of steel 75Г2С in condition of CGOK has shown the reduction of consumption ball on 12,5 % in contrast with ball of 3-d group of steel M74.
