The purpose of work is the investigation of methods for shaping in the waveguide resonators of wave beams with super-Gaussian a profile of the radiation intensity with application of mirrors with the non-uniform amplitude or phase coefficients of reflec-tion. In work the shaping method in quasioptical waveguide resonator of wave beams with the quasiuniform profile of the radiation intensity is proposed. It is based on coher-ent summation of transversal mode of waveguide type due to change radius of curvature of one reflectors. The phase-conjugation method of formation in the quasioptical waveguide resonators of the wave beams with super-Gaussian transversal distribution of the radiation intensity is developed. It is founded on correction of a phase of the fundamen-tal resonator mode due to change of the form of onereflectors. The area of the resonator geometrics with small difference between phase functions of the aspherical and convex spherical reflectors is found. Existence of beams with the super-Gaussian transverse dis-tribution of radiation intensity to an output of the submillimeter (l = 0.4326 mm) waveguide resonator with a convex spherical mirror is confirmed experimentally. The con-figuration of the metal waveguide quasioptical resonator with output the quasiuniform field of the rectangular structure is proposed. The results of investigations can be used at designing and making waveguide la-sers with the defined output profile of intensity, and also wide-range single-mode lasers of a submillimeter wavelength.
