The work aim is a choose of major factors of influence on the upper atmosphere of the Earth during natural perturbations and their acount in ionospheric models. The main results. 1. It is shown that the a precipitation of electrons play a significant role in sporadic and quasiperiodic (Т ~ 40-50 min) perturbations in middle ionoshperic D-region during magnetic storms and in night hours after magnetic storms, which is apparent in variations N(z,t) and in a ratio a signal/noise of partially reflected signals. 2. During magnetic storms, as well as per undisturbed days, electron concentration N(z,t) depend on a zenith angle of the Sun. Thus the value N(z) is exceeded with appropriate values per undisturbed days. Quasiperiodic variations N(z,t) with a period Т ~60 minute and amplitude ~ 100 % additionally are observed. A beginning and the amplitude of perturbations stipulated passing of the solar terminator also is increased. 3. Latitudinal maxima of the ionospheric total electronic content near to a geographical latitude 50 N has a constant character and ~80 % of experiments is observed. On a comparison with the last 11-year's cycles of solar activity, the latitudinal maxima registers twice more often and has large amplitude. (ego) The magnitude of the latitudinal maxima considerably varies day to day with a period of the order 3 day independently from a level of solar activity. The latitudinal maxima is more noticeable under quiet geomagnetic conditions, that testifies to influence of wave processes to an ionosphere from below. The most probablis reason the latitudinal maxima can be influence to an ionosphere of planetary waves. 4. Two new techniques for the investigation of parameters of wave processes in an ionosphere - ground HF- and transionosferic satellite UVF-sonding are proposed and realized. It enables more exactly to investigate medium- and largescale wave processes; to investigate of vertical wave driving and to determine such parameters of wave perturbations as vertical wavelength. The results of the work can be used for developing atmospheric models, scheduling of radio engineering systems. They in the educational process, at preparation both renewal of the lectures are used. They will be used at the following stages of the work for a research of physical processes in the ionosphere during perturbations of a natural origin.
