The purpose of work - definition of star sizes, parameters of color, the sizes, the form, parameters of axial rotation, optical and physical characteristics of asteroids, comets and bodies of Koiper's belt. Methods of research - photometric and поляриметрические supervision, the analysis of the received data. During 96 nights photometric supervision of 39 asteroids of the main belt and near to an orbit of the Earth are lead. Curves of shine and star sizes of these asteroids are received, composite types and cycle times for 21 and parameters of BVRI - color for six of them are certain. Parameters of five double systems which have been opened with use of the lead supervision are certain. For the first time influence of YORP-effect on speed of axial rotation of an asteroid is shown and certain. On a 8.2-m telescope ESO are lead photometric and поляриметрические supervision ofthe biggest body of Koiper's belt 136199 Epic. The first phase dependences of shine and polarization in a range of phase corners accessible to ground supervision are received. Supervision of three comets is lead and estimations of manufacture of gas by molecules C3, C2 and a dust for a comet 17/P Holmes are received.
