Rat blood erythrocytes, model lipid and protein-lipid membranes, native proteins and amyloid-like protein aggregates were chosen as the objects of investigation. Using fluorescent probes diphenylhexatriene, pyrene and SQ-1 the arguments in favour of the changes of membrane structural state and physical parameters were obtained. A strong correlation between membrane sensitivity to electromagnetic field and lipid bilayer composition was established. Examining the rat erythrocyte reaction on UHF irradiation revealed no changes in cell sphericity index and membrane permeability under the influence of electromagnetic waves.
