A research object is theoretical bases of evolutional economy. A aim of work is a theoretical motivation to practicability of the using evolution approach to modeling of the economic processes. For achievement of this purpose in work put are delivered and solved following problems: analysed history of the development evolution methods is economic theory; organized comparison of the cardinal principles to classical economic theory and evolution economy; explored possibilities of the use of evolutional approach for macroeconomic processes analysis; motivated practicability evolutional modeling on a microlevel. The methods of research are the system approach and toolbox of mathematical modeling. It is shown in work, that an evolutional economy is new direction of modern economic science, being based on philosophical and methodological foundation, and opening broad prospects of the analysis of the economic phenomena and processes. The main positions of evolution economy are founded on refusal of ideas maximization rationality and homogeneity of agent, and confession of the fact to insufficiency subject to economy activity.
