The redesign of the software was made to optimize the process of semi-automatic data processing of the observational data was carried out. The preliminary selection of the points of objects meeting in consideration of the zone of visibility of FTR and TPL-1M Lvov telescopes and objects illumination was carried out. The equatorial coordinates and orbit elements of objects of carrier rocket "Dnepr" launch with "EgyptSat-1" space vehicle were received. Installation of optical observation channel was carried out on TPL-1M Lvov telescope. The observations by FRT and TPL-1M telescopes showed the expediency of observation of a carrier rocket launch by an unmovable telescope with using of a TV-CCD camera and a short focus objective with big field of view 1-4 degree. Immediacy of observation of space satellites in optical band and immediacy of data processing allow improving orbit elements and target destinations of a satellite.
