The possibility to extend of observation time of a low Earth orbit satellites during the civil twilight was investigated. Automatic gain control on TV CCD was turned on. Optimized parameters of brightness/contrast of video picture were selected. Test observations have showed possibility of observation of a bright low Earth orbit objects on condition that angle of the Sun to the horizon is not bigger then -6°. Preliminary calculations of target destinations have showed that objects will be visible in optical band only during evening and morning twilight, space vehicle "TerraSAR-X" and rocket fairing since 2007-10-06, rocket stage since 2007-08-31.
