For every law of probability distribution of requesting to the records the comparative analysis of efficiency of methods search has been carried. The effectiveness of heuristic and genetic algorithms for solving tasks of optimal information resources allocation among nodes of computing network has been investigated. In this paper the approach to modeling of the optimal users access to the information of remote servers is proposed. The explicit expression of the mathematical expectation of general time, which is necessary for searching of page, is found. The mathematical model for optimal using powers of computers in computing networks for solving fixed count of different types' tasks is made. The computerin different network nodes could have different powers. The total time of solving tasks is chosen for criterion of optimality.
