The declaration's aim, tasks were worked out in detail, experience of the other countries of its implementation was analyzed. Bologna process influence on harmonization of national and international standards of high education was studied. Complex analysis of the features of the using Bologna declaration requirements for achievement of humanitarian, technical and natural education was made. Features of university autonomy in framework general European process were analyzed on example of Polish universities and high schools. Expedience of using of credit-module system of evaluation student's knowledge and lecture attestation rating scheme was proved, also the main problems were found out and the ways of their removal were suggested.
