A purpose of work is conducting of complex analysis of realization of the Kiev city program of development of the industry on an innovative basis for 2007-2011 for providing of city necessities in hi-tech, competitive, environmentally clean products. For implementation of work the method of analysis of the systems was used on the basis of information, given the organs of statistics, by structural subdivisions Kiev City State Administration and by district state administrations. Certainly, that introduction of Program is instrumental in multiplying production of innovative goods volumes, multiplying the export of products, creation of new workplaces, expansion of base of taxation, economy of financial and power resources.
