Sensivity/stability of 243 stammes conditionally-pathogenic micro-organisms to disinfectants from various chemical groups is studied. Also are studied the genetic mechanisms of formaton desinfectious resistencies. On the basis of the lead researches developed the unified technique of definition of the disinfections resistance of micro-organisms. Necessity of rotation of the disinfectants in treatment-and-prophylactic establishments is proved on terms of 2-3 months. On the basis of the data about resistencies to the disinfectants of the hospital microorganisms stammed are developed methodical recommendations of disinfecting the devices for artificial ventilation of lungs, endoscopic equipment.
