It is shown, that greenhouse gas emissions in 2004 and 2005 (accordingly 196509.8 and 177189.5 t of СО2-eq.) in comparison with 1990 (748044.4 t of СО2-eq.) have considerably decreased due to reduction of fuel rate during manufacturing work, product yield, lime consumption. It is shown, that the basic greenhouse gas emission points at the plant are a nodulizing department (59.0 %) and transport (40.5 %). It is shown, that at the steady pellet output at the level 2200thousand t/year in 2009 greenhouse gas emissions will decrease due to reduction of natural gas consumption and limestone consumption for manufacture of pellets and will come to 211134.8 t of СО2-eq.
