Results are as follows: calculation of energy consumption at the basic manufactures of "Enakievo Iron & Steel Works" in 1990, 2006, 2007; greenhouse gas emission is calculated along with emission quota, the forecast of changing energy consumption for manufacturing rolled product and greenhouse gas emissions for the period 2008-2012 was made. Influence of energy-saving program implementation on these processes was taken into consideration. The list of possible joint implementation projects was compiled along with their substantiation.
