The goal is to study features of clinical course, radiological and functional changes of lungs, gas structure and blood acid-base balance in patients with different forms of IIP. Methods are clinical, functional, statistical. Basic symptoms of IIP are shortness of breath, cough, restrictive lung disturbances, hupoxemia. The compliance study helps to diagnose restrictive lung disturbances earlier than spirography and bodyplethysmography. Differential diagnostics among IIP have been carried out taking into acount of clinical data and mandatory use of lung morphological changes estimation methods such as high resolution computed tomography and surgical biopsy if necessary.
