Methods of study - clinical, neuropsychological, neurophysiological, statistical. There were no specific neuropsychological and neuropsychological qualities of cognitive disorders in patients irradiated in doses 0,001-0.3 Sv. There were no radioinducted dementia in any irradiated patients in investigation. Diagnostic criteria cognitive infringements in patients irradiated as a result of Chernobyl accident are developed. Were determined their major factors of risk - young age, low of education and professional level, an irradiation dose more than 0,3 Sv. Dose-dependet cognitive infringements in a range of doses 0,3 - 4,5 Sv are established: decrease in the general factor of intellectuality and verbal training is proportional to an irradiation dose. 7 scientific publications are published, reports at conferences and seminars are given.
