The accent of structure and clinic of mental disorders in personnel of Object "Shelter" was prevalence of organic emotionally labile and mild cognitive disorders with the dominance of somatic disorders and social dysfunction. The specificity of neurophysiologic changes in mental and behavioral disorders in clean-up workers was decreasing of dominant frequency in both frontal (Fp1, Fp2) and left temporal (Т3) brain regions and average dominant frequency in posterior brain derivations less than8,0 Hz. The specificity mental disorder's dynamic is in progressive flowing with the evolution from the psychosomatic disorders to psycho-organic and from the disorders of vegetative nervous system to cerebrovascular pathology. Consequently of examination groups of clean-up workers with mental disorders and personnel of Object "Shelter" for longitudinal supervision and rehabilitation were formed and the main principles of their psychological-psychiatric assistance were determined.
