Aim: Updating analytical clinical-and-epidemiological research inforbase by using expertise, verification, replenishment of CER's data with results of thorough examination at the department of radiation psychoneurology taken into account. Risk estimation for the development of psychoneurological and cerebrovascular diseases on SRU and CER data. Methods: clinical, epidemiological, medical-and-statistical. Results. Data of clinical examination of 230 clean-up workers enlisted in CER imply that as little as 8.6 % of the contingent was free of psychopathology. Organic mental disorders were predominant (84.5 %) within this pathology structure. Cases of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiencywere diagnosed in 91.8 % of clean-up workers. Risk factors for alcohol addiction syndrome among clean-up workers were found. According to cohort epidemiological study on the data of SRU (68145 persons) and CER (3311 persons) it was revealed that - the highest incidence rates of mental disorders were observed within the first five-year postaccident period, those of vegetative nervous system diseases within the second one; as for cerebrovascular morbidity, it was steadily increasing, in 2003-2007, it was 12-35 times higher (dependent on age at exposure) than first five-year rates. Risks for the development of cerebrovascular pathology, neurotic disorders, diseases of vegetative nervous system were proved at doses 0.25 Gy and more.
