Dependence of appearance of involyutsiynoy cataract on age of inspected, proved time of stay under a risk and dose of irradiation, but its clinical features in radiation exposed to the rays practically are not studied. It is shown that it follows to consider the most effective methods of examination of lens - slit- lamp examinatiin with fixing of image by foto- or veb-chamber and retroillumination photo of lens. The analysis of existent classifications of cataract for the ground of effective method of estimation of the state of lens of the eye in radiation exposed to the rays discovered that for achievement of purpose of investigation three is known basic methods estimation of the state of lens of the eye suitable limitedly, however developed by us the system of default declaration of the state of lens of the eyecan be finished off in acceptable terms.
